LAND DATABASE ADMIN
Job responsibilities
- To input land business units data into Adaro Land Management Information System so it can be used for data integration in ALMIS System.
- To ensure that all data have done properly verification so it can be analyzed and can be used to produce accurate analysis.
- To know, to identified all data about lands status in Adaro Group, that located around Adaro Group operational area, so it can be used to support all companies in Adaro Group.
- To make operational database reports about the status of land management that are ready to be used by Adaro Group.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree majoring Information Technology.
- Minimum 3.00 GPA.
- Having minimum 2 years experience as IT Administrator in reputable company.
- Having knowledge about Geographic Information System (GIS).
- Having knowledge about Database Infrastructure.
REPORTING OFFICER
Job responsibilities
- Collect the data required in the preparation of financial statements to reporting can be performed accurately.
- Inputting data and information for both the periodical financial statements and non periodic into the database system Finance & Accounting for the delivery of financial information to management and stakeholders.
- Drafting financial statements (actual vs. budget / actual vs. forecast) as the data to be analyzed to be given to the Corporate Finance Division.
- Enter the data for the preparation of financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) quarterly / annual financial information for the purpose of submission to the Government through the
- Division of External Relations.
- Preparing financial data for submitted to the government (EMR) in order to government data reported are accurate.
Job requirement

SECRETARY
Job responsibilities
- To work together with other secretary to assist General Manager in their daily activities, also to complete various assignments at anytime as required by Division General Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Ensure and check the completeness and validity invoice that has been received.
- Perform and input all invoice bill to Finance & Accounting system, all data must complete and acurately correct.
- Make time schedule of payment to all suppliers to comply with the agreement that has been determined.
- Set up voucher payment to the cashier as bills from suppliers to make timely payment.
- Draft report on aging schedule, taxes, prepaid expenses, balance sheet reconciliation and accrual to A/P periodic cashflow analysis.
- Perform reconciliation between Ledger and A/P Vendor A/P each month to fit and there are no errors in the journal.
- Do the coordination with the supplier regarding the completeness of the documentation to ensure that any billing billing has been properly.
Job requirement
- Male/ Female with maximum 26 years of age.
- Diploma 3 Degree from Accounting or Finance.
- Having experience 1-2 years experience as account payable or accounting staff (preferably from public accountant and mining company).
- Having knowledge about making consolidation and accounting report.

- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project’s mechanical works to ensure that all construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule.
- Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure that construction is done as according to design.
- Identify mechanical design issues during the engineering and construction of the power plant and to recommended and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress to the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure engineering and construction are done on schedule and to recommended corrective actions for any mechanical engineering issues.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the engineering and construction of the power plant’s mechanical works from the Mechanical Team Leader and Mechanical Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of mechanical works for the power plant and to monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s mechanical works are constructed on schedule and on spec.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputably University, min GPA 3.00
- Have 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering project (project construction or plant maintenance) preferably in power plant projects.
- Have Government Certification on Mechanical Engineering.
- Have relevant certification on Welding Inspector.
- Have good competencies on construction methods and design engineering.

ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power plant project’s electrical facilities and other common electrical facilities to ensure that construction is done as according to specification, design, and schedule as well as to support the electrical engineering construction for auxiliary power.
- Monitor subcontractor’s performance on the construction of the power plant’s Electrical facilities to ensure that construction is done according to design and provide back up for voltage facilities management if needed.
- Identify instrumentation and electrical design issues during the construction of the power plant’s Electrical facilities and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress for the power plant’s Electrical facilities to ensure construction is done on the schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any instrumentation, control, and electrical engineering issues.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability and safety.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power plant’s Electrical facilities from Electrical team leader and C&I and E Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design.

- Responsible for all QAQC inspection for all of the power plant’s construction works to ensure that all works are done according to contract and specification.
- To collect and analyze all non-conformance reports for all the power plant construction works, ensuring that all NCRs are done through a single channel and thus to ensure all NCRs are well controlled.
- To ensure all works that do not comply with contract specifications and standards are documented and monitored.
- To follow up on all works that do not comply to specification and standards and to process the necessary documentations for works that have been corrected and meet quality specifications and standards.
- To monitor and control all from contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractor and subcontractors work quality is according to contract spec and standards.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience as QAQC Material Inspector on Construction works from power plant/ oil & gas/ heavy industry
- Certification : Welding, NDT Level I

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and control EPC Contractor performance and progress on the construction of the power plant civil works in order to ensure the construction is done according to appreciate specifications, design, schedule and safety requirements.
- Monitor EPC contractor’s performance on the construction of the power plant’s civil works to ensure that construction is done as according to design
- Identity civil design issues during the construction of the power plant’s civil works and to recommend and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Monitor and report EPC contractor’s construction progress for the power plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done on schedule and to recommended corrective actions for any civil engineering issues.
- Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
- Control and monitor the implementation of instructions and procedures regarding the construction of the power plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done as according to the agreed design, quality, and safety

- Responsible for the procurement of goods and services to fulfill the company’s operational requirements in accordance with the proposed specifications and requirements so that the company’s operations run smoothly.
- Main Accountabilities
- Receive requests for the procurement of goods and services from related work units in the form of purchase requests (PR), to verify and to coordinate with the related work units for clarification (if necessary) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the PRs in accordance with the company’s goods & services policies, systems and procedures.
- Analyze request requirements and to prepare the procurement mechanism as well as the required documentations to ensure its accordance with budgets and or needs as well as the prevailing policies, systems, and procedures.
- Record vendors / suppliers based on price, availability, and delivery accuracy as well as the quality of goods and services each vendor / supplier provides to be used as a database for vendor / supplier selection.
